My doctor sent prescription 45 min before I left his office and said it will only take few min since it's just a bottle of eye drop, but once I arrived at CVS, I waited another 25 min to get my eye drop. Based on my observation, entire team was running around, lacked of organization and work process. They need a good and strong manager there to help! I will not go back again.
